OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Finance and Personnel Committee recently presented Steve Loadwick with a certificate of appreciation on his retirement after 32 years of service.
Loadwick was a budget analyst with the Oswego County Administrator’s Office.
