OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee presents a proclamation at the May Legislature meeting recognizing Foster Parent Appreciation Month.
The proclamation serves to thank foster parents for their care and dedication while also highlighting the foster care system and raising awareness about the need for foster parents in Oswego County.
