City of Fulton news:

  • The Compass Federal Credit Union recently donated $200 to the Fulton Fire Department towards the purchase of fire investigation equipment such as: waterproof toolboxes, tapes measures and tools and investigative fire scenes equipment. See the full story here.
  • The Fulton and Brewerton Speedways will host the ‘Winter Warmup’ and DIRTcar Nationals viewing party February 18 in Syracuse. See the full story here.
  • Pathfinder Bank recently donated $500 to the Fulton Fire Department for the purchase of heavy-duty batteries used in active fire scenes, rescues and investigations. See full story here.

City of Oswego news:

  • The Oswego Players Theatre Group will start their 2023 season with a special dinner theatre production on January 20 and 21 at La Parrilla on the Water in Oswego. See full story
  • On Dec. 19, Oswego Police Department Investigators charged a 13-year-old juvenile with a Terrorist Threat against Walmart for an incident that occurred on Dec. 18. See the full story here.

  • The Oswego County Legislature approved the 2023 budget during its end of year meeting with no increases to the property tax levy and decreases the generic tax rate by 11 percent. See full story here.
  • The Oswego County Health Department released its final weekly COVID-19 report on Monday, Dec. 19 due to a decline in positive cases and changes in state reporting systems. See full story here.
  • The Oswego County Legislature recognized the 80th Anniversary of the 1942 U.S. Coast Guard Rescue; issuing a proclamation in observance of the disaster that occurred at the West Pierhead Lighthouse. The H.
