4 Charged Following Robbery, Assault Complaint

OSWEGO, NY – At about 3:10 a.m. today (March 3), the Oswego City Police Department responded to an address on East Fourth Street in the city for a reported burglary and assault complaint.

An investigation was conducted and it is alleged that the defendants, who were known to the victim, broke into the residence, assaulted the victim and forcibly stole property while acting in concert.

The defendant suffered minor injuries, according to police.

The Oswego Police Department arrested the following four individuals:

26 years old
135 E. Second St. Oswego

Charged with the following:

Juan Rodrguez
Juan Rodrguez

Burglary in the 1st degree, Unlawfully enters dwelling and causes physical injury – Class B Felony
Robbery in the 2nd degree, Forcibly steals property and causes physical injury – Class C Felony
Criminal Obstruction of breathing or blood circulation – Class A Misdemeanor

He was arraigned in the Oswego City Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on no bail.

He has a return court date of March 15, at 9:30 a.m.

18 years old

Charged with the following:

Jackilynn M. Hart

Burglary in the 1st degree, Unlawfully enters dwelling and causes physical injury – Class B Felony
Robbery in the 2nd degree, Forcibly steals property and causes physical injury – Class C Felony
Assault in the 3rd degree, Intentionally causes physical injury – Class A Misdemeanor

He was arraigned in the Oswego City Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $25,000 cash / $50,000 bond.

He has a return court date of March 8, at 9:30 a.m.

Charged with the following:

Burglary in the 1st degree, Unlawfully enters dwelling and causes physical injury – Class B Felony
Robbery in the 2nd degree, Forcibly steals property and causes physical injury – Class C Felony

She was arraigned in the Oswego City Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash / $10,000 bond.

She has a return court date of March 8, at 9:30 a.m.

26 years old
58 Ontario St. Oswego

Charged with the following:

Burglary in the 1st degree, Unlawfully enters dwelling and causes physical injury – Class B Felony
Robbery in the 2nd degree, Forcibly steals property and causes physical injury – Class C Felony
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd

He was arraigned in the Oswego City Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $25,000 cash / $50,000 bond.

He has a return court date of  March 22, at 9:30 a.m.
