A Message from Mayor Corradino on the passing of Former Mayor Terry Hammill

OSWEGO – “I was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of former Mayor Terrence “Terry” Hammill. Terry dedicated much of his life to serving and strengthening our community, both as Mayor of Oswego from 1994 to 1999 and through his many years as an educator, coach, and community leader. His commitment to education, athletics, and the people of Oswego left a lasting impression on our city. He will be remembered for his service, his kindness, and the many ways he helped make Oswego a better place.

On behalf of the City of Oswego, I extend my deepest condolences to Terry’s family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing him. Our thoughts are with them as our community joins them in honoring his life and legacy during this difficult time.”
