Advance Notice of West Utica Street Lane Shifts

OSWEGO – The City of Oswego is providing the public with advance notice of the upcoming road work, set to begin on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, on West Utica Street, between 5th and 7th Streets.

Streets will be reduced to one lane in each direction as crews will be removing the concrete sections of the street to replace them with blacktop. Work is anticipated to last the duration of the week.

If at all possible, motorists are asked to avoid the area, otherwise motorists are asked to allow for extra travel time while crews are working and lanes are reduced.
