Another Suspect Charged In Assault Case

OSWEGO, NY – On Sunday Oswego Police made a fourth arrest in regard to the July 28 assault incident.

21-year-old Bryant S. Scharf, of Oswego, was arrested by Oswego Police and charged with Assault in the Third Degree (Class A-Misdemeanor) for his alleged involvement in the incident.

Scharf was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Oswego City Court on August 23.

Oswego City Police are still asking for the public’s assistance in identifying all of the responsible persons.
