PARISH – State Police have charged Cody J. Stone, 22, from Parish, with Criminal Mischief 4th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor; Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident, a violation; and several other vehicle and traffic violations.
Stone turned himself into patrol early this morning (Nov. 1) at the State Police barracks in Hastings.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Parish Town Court on November 14 at 5 p.m.
