OSWEGO – On 7/3/18 at 10:48 a.m., Michael D. Calhoun Jr., 30, of 8370 Theodolite Drive, Apt. 122, Baldwinsville, was arrested for Attempted Rape, 2nd degree, a class D felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor.
The arrest stems from the investigation into an incident that occurred in the town of Parish.
He allegedly attempted to engage in sexual intercourse with the victim being less than 15 years of age.
Mr. Calhoun was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and is scheduled to return to the Town of Parish Court on 8/14/18.
