CENTRAL SQUARE – State Police arrested Austin M. Baker, 20, from Central Square, today (April 30).
He was charged with Sex Abuse 1st degree (D-felony), Forcible Touching (A-misdemeanor) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A-misdemeanor).
The arrest stems from an incident that allegedly occurred at a residence in the town of West Monroe on or about November 11, 2017.
Baker is accused of having sexual contact with a female younger than 17.
He was arraigned in the town of Parish Court and subsequently remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
Baker is scheduled to appear in the town of West Monroe Court on May 7.
