OSWEGO, NY – On Aug. 26 at 12:39 p.m., sheriff’s deputies charged David S. Hunneyman, 21, of 696 N. Main St., Apt. 3, Central Square, with Sexual Abuse, Third Degree, a class B felony; two counts of Criminal Sex Act, Third Degree, a class E felony; five counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor; and two counts of Unlawfully Dealing With a Child, First Degree, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from incidents that allegedly occurred during July and August of this year in the Town of West Monroe.
Hunneyman was arraigned before the Hon. Kenneth Adkins, Town of Scriba Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bail bond.
He is scheduled to appear before Town of West Monroe Court tonight (Aug. 29) to answer the charges.
Hunneyman is accused of providing cigarettes and “Four Loco” drinks to minors in exchange for oral sexual favors from the victims.
On one occasion, he is accused of performing a sex act on one victim while four others watched.
