OSWEGO – The City of Oswego is moving forward with the 2025 Paving Project, aimed at improving roadway conditions and enhancing travel throughout the community. Milling operations are tentatively scheduled to begin Wednesday, August 13 and will continue through Friday, August 15. Paving will commence the following week after the milling work is completed.
City officials emphasize that this schedule is weather dependent and may be adjusted if conditions require.
A map highlighting the areas to be paved this year is included, with all 2025 paving locations noted in green for easy identification.
“We’re committed to maintaining and improving our infrastructure for the benefit of residents, businesses, and visitors,” said Mayor Robert A. Corradino. “We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation as crews work to complete these important upgrades.”
Motorists are encouraged to use caution in work zones, allow extra travel time, and follow posted signage to ensure safety for both drivers and construction crews.
