 The City of Oswego is currently seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the Community Development Director. 

This key leadership position is responsible for advancing the growth and development of our city through strategic planning, grant acquisition, and program management. The Director will oversee the submission of federal and state grant applications, manage awarded funding, and collaborate with government officials, private developers, and community stakeholders to support impactful development initiatives. 

Additional responsibilities include conducting public hearings, engaging with residents and civic organizations, and preparing required progress and financial reports for state and federal agencies as well as the Common Council. 

Starting Salary: $89,918
