City Pair Facing Drug Charges

OSWEGO, NY – On Nov. 1, Oswego police investigated a suspicious vehicle that was parked on Governor Street in the city of Oswego.

Police said today (Nov. 6), that the vehicle was occupied by two men, who were later identified as, Matthew C. Fetterley, 21, of 97 W. Cayuga St., Apartment 1, Oswego, and Christopher A. Farmer, 23, of 107 E. Utica St., Oswego.

Upon investigation, police allegedly found Fetterley to be in possession of approximately 39 grams of marijuana.

Farmer was also found to allegedly be in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Fetterly was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor) and Farmer was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana (violation).
