OSWEGO – SUNY Oswego Police charged Albis G. Diaz-Nunez, who lives in Oneida Hall at SUNY Oswego, with a felony count of criminal possession of a forged instrument on March 13.
Diaz, 20, whose home address is 1652 Popham Ave., Bronx, was also charged with petit larceny and attempted petit larceny.

Last week police received a complaint from a late-night bus service that some fares were paid with counterfeit $50 bills on March 6.
On Sunday morning, around 1 a.m., one of the drivers located the suspect after he allegedly attempted to pass another counterfeit bill.
Diaz was apprehended by SUNY Oswego Police officers, who said Diaz was in possession of several counterfeit $100 and $50 bills.
He was arraigned in Oswego Town Court before Justice Donald Dodd and remanded to the Oswego County Jail on $1,500 cash bail or $2,500 bond.
SUNY Oswego Police notified the Syracuse office of the U.S. Secret Service of the arrest.
