Deputies: Woman Found With Teens and Bath Salts

OSWEGO – On 8/08/12 at 9:10 a.m., Rachel A. Doty, 40, of 612 Ontario St., Fulton, was arrested for two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor.

The arrest stems from the investigation into a suspicious vehicle found on Gray Road in the town of Minetto.

Ms. Doty was reportedly found in the company of two boys under the age of 17, who had all allegedly participated in the smoking of a synthetic drug that was found in their possession.

Ms. Doty was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to answer the charges before Town of Minetto Court on 9/05/12.
