OSWEGO TOWN, NY – Anthony F. Susino, 48, of 276 Lakeshore Road, Oswego, was arrested following a physical domestic incident involving family members.
Susino was charged with:
1 count of Menacing 2nd degree (w/ a Firearm – A Misdemeanor)
1 count of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation (A Misdemeanor)
2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A Misdemeanor)
3 counts of Harassment 2nd degree (Violation)
1 count of Resisting Arrest (A Misdemeanor)

State Police were called to 276 Lakeshore Road in the town of Oswego at approximately 9:30 a.m. today (Dec. 24), regarding a physical domestic incident.
The investigation revealed that the suspect, Susino, had been in a physical altercation with his spouse.
During this altercation, he allegedly attacked his children when they attempted to intervene.
Additionally, it was alleged that Susino then secured a shotgun from within the residence and pointed it at a family member.
Susino was taken into custody at his residence by troopers with assistance from the Oswego County Sheriff’s Department.
He was arraigned in the Town of Oswego Court and remanded to the Oswego County jail on $5000 cash bail – $10,000 bond.
