OSWEGO, NY – In regards to the road closure issued by the Oswego Codes Division of the Oswego City Fire Department on May 27, East Second Street has been re-opened for traffic between East Bridge Street and Oneida Street.
Due to the continued concerns with the decorative façade of the Oswego Public Library, there are barriers indicating a lane shift.
Please use caution and pay special attention to the signage in the area.
A portion of the sidewalk remains closed, but the library is accessible from an entrance on the southeast side of the building.
These restrictions will remain in effect until further notice.
