OSWEGO – On 11/20/16 at 11:40 a.m., Eric J. Stevens, 30, of 45 Hamilton St., Mexico, was operating a 2014 Ford delivery truck registered to the US Postal Service on Ridge Road in the town of Granby, 100 feet north of Phillips Road.
He reportedly lost control causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and rollover.
He was ejected and the vehicle landed on him, according to the police report.
He succumbed to his injuries.
Slippery roads and unsafe speed seem to have been contributing factors.
