Four Oswego Men Facing Felony Burglary-Assault Charges

OSWEGO, NY – At about 2:57 a.m. today (July 2), Oswego Police were dispatched to a residence on East Sixth Street in the city.

Upon arrival and initial investigation, it was determined that four men had allegedly engaged an adult male victim in a physical altercation outside the victim’s East Sixth Street residence.

The victim reports that he went inside his residence to attempt to escape from the assault, when the assailants forced their way into his residence by breaking the entrance door and continued their assault.

The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries as a result of the incident.

Oswego Police identified the four suspects and at about 4:30 a.m. located and arrested all the four at 96 Hamilton St., Apartment 36, Oswego, without incident.

The suspects were charged are as follows:

22-year-old David M. Kingsley of 96 Hamilton St., Apt. 36,Oswego – Charged with: Burglary 2nd (C-Felony), Assault 3rd (A-Misdemeanor)

22-year-old Anthony S. Paris of 96 Hamilton St., Apt. 36,Oswego – Charged with: Burglary 2nd (C-Felony), Assault 3rd (A-Misdemeanor) and Harassment 2nd (Violation)

21-year-old Corby J. Rowe of 141 W. Schuyler St., Apt. 1, Oswego – Charged with: Burglary 2nd (C-Felony), Assault 3rd (A-Misdemeanor), and Criminal Mischief 4th (A-Misdemeanor)

20-year-old Jeremy G. Rowe of 213 W. Seventh St., Oswego – Charged with: Burglary 2nd (C-Felony), Assault 3rd (A-Misdemeanor) and Harassment 2nd (Violation)

All four suspects were later arraigned in Oswego City Court on the above charges and were each remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail / $4,000 bond with a court date returnable to Oswego City Court on July 6.
