OSWEGO – Two Fulton men are charged with burglary following a house fire in Granby this spring.

At 1:35 p.m. Wednesday, Charles E. Thomas Jr., 26, of 2657 SR 3, Crosby Hill Trailer Park, Lot D3, Fulton, and at 9:40 a.m. Thursday, Ryan M. Delaney, 18, of 24 W. 11th St., D7, Fulton, were each arrested for third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and third-degree arson, a class C felony.
The arrests stem from the investigation into a fire that occurred in March, 2012, at an abandoned residence in the town of Granby.
The fire is alleged to have been started when a cigarette was thrown onto a mattress after an unlawful entry was made to the residence.

Mr. Thomas was arraigned before Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bail bond.
He is scheduled to appear before Town of Granby on 8/13/12 to answer the charges.
Mr. Delaney was arraigned before Town of Granby Court and is scheduled to return to Town of Granby Court on 8/12/12.
