Hannibal Man Charged With Forcible Touching

OSWEGO, NY – On 8/17/12 at 4:05 a.m., John C. Stupp, 29, of 1142 CR 3, Hannibal, was arrested for Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both class A misdemeanors.

The arrest stems from the investigation into an incident that occurred at a residence in the town of Hannibal when he allegedly grabbed the genital area of the victim through their clothing.

Mr. Stupp was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Hannibal Court on 8/28/12.
