LOWVILLE – The New York State Police in Lowville arrested 44-year-old Timothy B. Clark, of 1670 State Route 11 Hastings, for one felony count of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and one count of Endangering The Welfare Of A Child.
The arrest is subsequent to an investigation that found that Clark allegedly did have sexual contact with a five-year-old girl in spring of 2014.
Clark was arraigned in the Village of Lowville Court and remanded to Lewis County Jail on $2500 bail, awaiting action by the grand jury.
