Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit Workshops Set

OSWEGO, NY – A pair of historic rehabilitation tax credit workshops will be held on Wednesday at the Oswego Public Library.

Given Oswego County’s plentiful architectural resources, the new Historic Rehabilitation
Tax Credit has tremendous potential to help spur economic growth through the restoration of our historically significant buildings in our region, according to the city’s Community Development Office.

The first workshop will be held from 2 to 4:30 p.m. and focus on commercial properties, including apartment buildings.

The second workshop will be conducted from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and will deal with residential properties.

The workshops will be hosted by NYS Sen. Darrell Aubertine.
