OSWEGO COUNTY – Legislator Kevin Hill recites the oath of office for the District 15 seat on the Oswego County Legislature.

Hon. Karen M. Brandt Brown, County Court Justice, swore in the new legislator at the September legislature meeting.

Legislator Hill represents a portion of the city of Oswego.
