Maryland Man Charged With DWI After Traffic Stop In Oswego

OSWEGO – On April 15, at approximately 11:03 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on State Route 104 in the city of Oswego for a traffic violation.

Investigation at the scene revealed the operator, William H. Allen, 55, of Great Mills, Maryland, was allegedly intoxicated.

Allen was taken into custody and transported to SP Fulton where he was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Allen is scheduled to appear in the City of Oswego Court on April 21 at 9:30 a.m.
