Mexico Woman Arrested Following Domestic Dispute

VOLNEY, NY – On April 1, at approximately 11:30 a.m., State Police responded to a domestic dispute in the town of Volney.

Investigation at the scene revealed that Cassandra L. West, 30, of Mexico, allegedly broke a window of the victim’s residence during the course of an argument.

West was arrested at the State Police Barracks in Fulton and charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.

West was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and is scheduled to appear again on April 18 at 6 p.m.
