A Scriba man’s death is under police investigation.
The Oswego County Sheriff’s Department reports that when Theodore Losurdo, 53, of Nine Mile Point Road, did not show up for work Monday morning, members of his family called police.
He had not been seen since about 8 p.m. Saturday.
At about 10:30 Monday morning, searchers located an ATV in a the water in a swampy area along County Route 1 in Scriba. Pinned beneath the ATV was the body of Losurdo.
An autopsy will take place to determine the cause of death.
