It will be conducted at the Oswego Public Library, down stairs in the community room from 6 to 8 p.m.

“This program is for the whole city and everyone is invited to attend,” said Betty Gray, coordinator.

Speaking at Monday’s Common Council meeting, she said the program is about keeping Oswego safe.

“One meeting doesn’t do it. You have to come to more than just one meeting because there is more to it,” she said.

People deserve respect and consideration, she said.

“Everybody is equal,” she said, adding that people need to know what the laws are.

If anyone has any problems in their area, she urged them to contact her at 342-9388 or email at [email protected]

“Communication means a lot to a neighborhood watch program,” she explained. “We need to communicate with each other. We have to let everyone know what’s going on.” missing or outdated ad config
