Traffic Signal Replacement At East 13th Street and Route 104 planned for October 29

OSWEGO — The New York State Department of Transportation will replace the traffic signal at the intersection of East 13th Street and State Route 104 on Thursday, October 29, 2026, according to an advance traffic alert issued by the City of Oswego.

Motorists should expect delays and detours in the area while work is underway. The city asks motorists to plan accordingly, allow extra travel time and use caution when traveling through the work zone.

The city thanked the public for its patience and cooperation while the work is completed.
