State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Fulton announced June 13 the arrest of Ted J. Rowe, 40, from Oswego, for three counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “E” felony.
This morning, a search warrant was executed at the Rowe’s residence following an investigation that was conducted by the Internet Crimes against Children Task Force.
Evidence including numerous images of children less than 17-years-old engaging in sexual conduct was located and seized.
Rowe was arraigned in town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000 cash or $10,000 secured bond pending Grand Jury action.
The New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit (CCU), U.S. Marshalls Service and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) assisted in this investigation.
