FULTON, NY – State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Fulton arrested John R. Verdoliva, 47, of 120 W. Schuyler St., Oswego.
He was charged with Sexual Abuse 2nd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both are class A misdemeanors.
Verdoliva was alleged to have touched a 13-year-old girl inappropriately, and exposed her to pornographic websites in January of 2014 in the town of Volney.
Verdoliva was issued appearance tickets for the charges, to be answered in the Town of Volney Court on Sept. 29.
