OSWEGO, NY – An investigation by the New York State Police BCI in Fulton has resulted in the arrest of Joseph D. Chesare Jr., 44, of 28 Brown Drive, Oswego, NY, for Burglary in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.
In the month of February, Chesare was alleged to have entered the Oswego Minor Hockey Association concession stand after hours when it was closed, and stole an undetermined amount of cash from the register.
The OMHA concession stand is located within the Crisafulli (Fort Ontario) Skating Rink in the city of Oswego.
Chesare was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court where he was Released on his own Recognizance.
He is scheduled to reappear in Oswego City Court on February 28.
