Oswego Man Charged In Connection With Burglary

OSWEGO, NY – At about 6 a.m. today (May 8), members of the Oswego City Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division arrested 31-year-old Kevin J. Ridlon of 59 W. Fourth St.. Oswego, in regards to a burglary that had occurred on Sunday April 28 at 7 Third Ave., commonly referred to as “C’s Market.”

It is alleged that Ridlon forcibly entered the closed business and stole U.S. Currency in excess of $1,000.

Ridlon was criminally charged with the following:

  • Burglary in the 3rd Degree – Class D Felony
  • Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree- Class E Felony
  • Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree- Class E Felony

Ridlon was processed and arraigned in Oswego City Court and released on his own recognizance.

He is due back in Oswego City Court on June 6 at 9:30 a.m.
