A man from Oswego is charged with breaking into a home in Elbridge in Onondaga County.
State Police charged Kerry M. Cullen, 21, of Middle Rd., Oswego with burglary, second degree.
Police allege he broke into a home on Fowler Rd. in Elbridge on October 28.
Cullen is in jail in Onondaga County on $10,000 cash or bond bail.
