OSWEGO, NY – On June 4, at about 6:13 p.m. Oswego Police executed a search warrant at 91 E. Sixth St., Lower-Rear Apartment.

During the search, police discovered approximately 4.7 grams of cocaine (valued at approximately $300) and 42 grams of marijuana (valued at approximately $420).
Oswego Police subsequently arrested 23-year-old Brandon R. Smith of that address.
Smith was later arraigned in Oswego City Court on charges of:
- Fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (Class C felony)
- Fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)
Upon arraignment, Smith was remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail / $2,000 bail bond.
He was to return to court June 8.
