OSWEGO, NY – At approximately 5:10 p.m. on Aug. 22, as a result of ongoing investigations into illegal drug activity, members of the Oswego City Police Department Anti-Crime Team executed a search warrant at 2 Catherine St., the residence of 45-year-old Norman M. Holliday.
As a result of the investigation and subsequent search warrant execution, police seized a quantity of prescription medications, and Holliday was arrested and charged with one count each of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, both class B felonies.
Holliday was arraigned and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail.
He is scheduled to appear in Oswego City Court on Sept. 7 at 1:30 p.m.
