OSWEGO, NY – On Tuesday (March 24), investigators with the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office charged 33-year-old Richard Graham Jr., of Furniss Station Road, with multiple felony counts involving rape, sex abuse, and sex acts against children and one count of rape against an adult victim.

Graham is accused of having sexual contact with children under the age of 11 dating back to 2010.
The investigation began with the disclosure of incidents by one of the victims.
The acts allegedly took place in numerous locations, including both the town and city of Oswego.
Sheriff’s investigators worked with Oswego City Police investigators, as well as members of the Oswego County Drug Task Force.
As a result of the ongoing investigation, Graham has been charged with 7 class “A-2” felonies, 11 class “B” felonies, 2 class “D” felony and 2 class “A” misdemeanors.
Graham was arraigned in the Oswego Town Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility with no bail.

PL130.96 Predatory sexual assault against a child
PL130.35 sub 2 and 3 Rape in the first degree
PL130.50 sub 3 and 4 Criminal sexual act in the first degree
PL130.65 sub 3 Sexual abuse in the first degree
PL130.75 Course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree
PL260.10 Endangering the welfare of a child
