OSWEGO, NY – A second person has been charged in connection with a drug bust late last month.
On April 1, Oswego City Police arrested Tina L. Lucas, 38, of 143 Weller Road, Fulton.
Lucas was arrested in connection with the investigation and March 31 search warrant execution at the Weller Road residence.
Lucas was later arraigned in the Town of Volney Court on the following charges:
- 1 count second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (A-II felony)
- 1 count third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (B felony)
- 1 count fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (C felony)
- 3 counts fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (D felony)
Following arraignment, Lucas was remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility where she is being held with no bail.
She will return to court April 11.
On March 30, Richard D. Timian Jr., 42 of 143 Weller Road, Fulton, was arrested on similar charges and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 cash / $100,000 bail bond.
He is also slated to appear in court on April 11.
