Missing Girl Located In Loraine
On 12/12/17 at approximately 6:01 p.m., Samantha K Palmer and Andres Perez were located at 8081 Hays Road Loraine NY, by NYS Parole officers.
Perez and Palmer were taken into custody without incident and transported back to the city of Oswego.
Palmer was turned over to the Oswego City Police Department and custody of Perez was maintained by NYS Parole on their active warrant.
There are no new charges at this time.
The Oswego City Police Department will be investigating this incident further and would like to thank all assisting agencies for helping locate and return everyone safely.

OSWEGO – The Oswego City Police Department is attempting to locate 14-year-old Samantha K. Palmer.
The teen was reported missing from the city of Oswego.
Samantha is described as 5’2” tall and approximately 120 pounds.
She has short brown hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen on December 7 wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
Recent information has led police to believe that she may be travelling south towards the Binghamton / Elmira area.
Samantha may be traveling with 25-year-old Andres Perez of Fulton.
Perez is described as 5’6” tall and approximately 241 pounds.
He is a Hispanic male with hazel eyes and brown hair and currently has an active warrant from NYS Parole.
