OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego City Police Department wishes to thank Ingles Performance, 413 Besaw Road Phoenix, for donating two All-Terrain Vehicles for police use during the upcoming four-day Harborfest celebration July 24-27.
Officers will use the ATVs in conjunction with department owned ATVs to team-up with New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and United States Border Patrol ATV officers during the festival.
ATV officers are used in patrolling through the congested areas of the city of Oswego during the festival and to allow for patrol of areas usually inaccessible to patrol cars.
