Oswego Residents Celebrate St. Joseph’s Day

OSWEGO – Following is a message from Oswego Common Council President Rob Corradino concerning the celebration of St. Joseph’s Day:

Today, Sunday March 19, is St. Joseph’s Day. And to honor and commemorate the event, a group of Italian Americans braved the wintery weather to raise the Italian flag at the city of Oswego civic plaza next to city hall.

This is an annual event that has occurred for many years in the port city.
