OSWEGO, NY – An Oswego teen has been charged with allegedly having sexual intercourse with a victim under the age of 11.
On Thursday at 5:40 p.m., sheriff’s deputies charged a 15-year-old boy residing in the city of Oswego with Juvenile Delinquency for acts, which if committed by an adult, would have constituted the crimes of Rape, First Degree, a class B felony; Criminal Sex Act, First Degree, a class B felony; and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor.
The youth is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse and oral sexual conduct with a female victim under the age of 11 during the months of February and March of 2013, while at a city of Oswego residence.
He was further charged with Juvenile Delinquency for acts, which if committed by an adult, would have constituted the crimes of Sexual Abuse, First Degree, a class D felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor, after he was accused of engaging in sexual conduct with another female less than 11 years of age while at a city of Oswego residence during the fall through winter months of 2012/2013.
He and his parent were issued Juvenile Appearance Tickets directing them to contact the Oswego County Probation Department for further processing.
