OSWEGO – On March 26 at 2:25 p.m., deputies arrested Matthew S. Ingersoll, 16, of 92 Hamilton St., Apt 4E, Oswego, for third-degree rape, a class E felony; first-degree rape, a class B felony and endangering the welfare of a child.
The arrest stems from the investigation into an incident that occurred in the town of Scriba.
He allegedly engaged in sexual relations with the victim being less than 17 years of age.
Ingersoll was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court by Hon. Judge Adkins and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond.
He is to return to court on 3/30/17.
