Oswego Winter Parking Ban In Effect Starting Thursday

OSWEGO, NY – The winter parking ban will go into effect at 1 a.m. Thursday (Dec. 10) and will remain in effect until further notice.

During such time as the winter parking ban is imposed, the parking of any vehicle on all highways and streets shall be prohibited between the hours of 1 and 6 a.m.

These restrictions may be suspended by the mayor at his discretion.

As has been done in past years, the Oswego Police Department will issue courtesy tickets for the first two nights only that the parking ban is in effect.
