Oswego Woman Charged In Restaurant Burglary

OSWEGO, NY – On April 4, at approximately 9:13 p.m., Oswego Police responded to the House of Thai Restaurant, 111 W. Second St., for a reported burglary in progress.

Upon arrival, officers observed the glass door in front of the business to have been broken.

Officers located a 51-year-old female inside the business who was taken into custody by police.

She was identified as Terry L. Clark of 225 W. First St., Apt. 409 Oswego.

Clark apparently broke the window of the business with a rock to gain entry to the business with the intent of stealing property from within, according to the police report.

Officers apprehended her before she had an opportunity to steal anything from the business.

Clark was arraigned in Oswego City Court on charges of second-degree criminal mischief (Class D felony) and third-degree burglary (Class D felony).

She was subsequently released on her own recognizance with a return court date of April 27. missing or outdated ad config
