Oswego’s New Administration Supporting Local Businesses

OSWEGO, NY – Mayor Billy Barlow and Community Development Director Justin Rudgik joined local small business owner Jeff Holbrook on Tuesday afternoon, applauding Holbrook on his recent endeavor to house and coordinate a gigantic transformer traveling to Exelon Corp. at Nine Mile Point from Portugal.

“These hardworking individuals are the real spirit of free enterprise. Having businesses like Port City Logistics and creating an environment conducive to small business development will be an important piece of moving Oswego forward,” Barlow said.
