An Oswego man charged twice with giving alcohol to minors has been charged again.

Gregory M. Pasiak, 19, of 21 Garden Drive, Oswego was charged with three misdemeanor counts of unlawfully dealing with a child. The Oswego County Sheriff’s Department alleges he gave alcohol to people under 21 years old at a party at his home on July 31.

Scriba town justice Kenneth Adkins sent Pasiak to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on bail of $3,000 cash or $6,000 bond. He is due back in court Thursday night.

Records show Pasiak has been arrested at least three other times in the last year for either underage drinking or giving alcohol to minors.

  • Pasiak and his father were arrested October 18, 2008 over a party at a town of Scriba home at which alcohol was allegedly available to minors.
  • Pasiak and his father were arrested again on March 21 for a party at their home the night before. Police said Pasiak invited people to the party through a MySpace page that featured photos of underaged drinkers. They were charged with six counts of endangering the welfare of a child and five counts of unlawfully dealing with a child.
  • And Pasiak was arrested on May 3, 2009 on National Grid property along a power line in the town of Volney, along with five other young men. They were charged with trespassing on the National Grid property. State Police reported that they found a lot of alcohol at the scene.
