Pulaski Man Arrested on Felony Charges after Domestic Incident

PULASKI, NY – State Police in Pulaski arrested Eugene J. Lacour Jr., 37, from 4855 N. Jefferson St. Apt.# 2 Pulaski, NY for the following:

•Assault 3rd, class “A” misdemeanor
•Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, a class “A” misdemeanor
•Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, a class “A” misdemeanor
•Harrassment 2nd, a violation
•Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd, a class “A” felony
•Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine 3rd, a class “D” felony

On Tuesday, at approximately 2:30 p.m., troopers were called to the residence for a reported domestic incident with a female.

Autumn M. Lavanchard, 23, of the same address, was arrested on bench warrants issued in Watertown Town Court.

Lavanchard was also charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 2nd degree and one count of Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine in the 3rd degree.

Lavanchard was arraigned at the Town of Richland Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional facility in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
