State Police arrested John M. Cafolla, 36, of 6 Baldwig Road, Pulaski on Tuesday. He’s accused of two counts of possessing stolen property.

Police allege Cafolla was paid to install Turbo Systems on two vehicle, did not do the work and refused several requests to return the cars to their owners.

Cafolla posted $1,500 cash bail after his arraignment in the town of Richland court. He is scheduled to return to court on August 11.
